Advice on lodging a complaint

One of the terms of reference of CPC is to advise the Permanent Secretary for Education on cases of disputes or alleged professional misconduct involving educators.
The Council handled all complaint cases of disputes or alleged professional misconduct involving educators in accordance with the Case Handling Procedures. Before lodging a complaint, please read the Code for the Education Profession of Hong Kong.

EDB has announced that CPC will officially come to an end on May 1. CPC no longer accept new complaints starting from 20 January 2022.
